Declaration to the CNDP
Prior declaration receipt No. D-GC-551/2018, issued in Rabat on 4 February 2019.
As early as 2018, well before mobility applications became widespread in Morocco, ROBY Technologies began compliance procedures with the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP) concerning the processing of data through its application.
This process resulted in the issue, on 4 February 2019, of CNDP declaration receipt No. D-GC-551/2018, corresponding to declaration No. D-551/2018 filed on 15 October 2018, for processing entitled “Data processing by application” for the purpose of “Customer management”.
This pioneering approach reflects ROBY Technologies’ intention to develop a Moroccan mobility solution founded, from the outset, on compliance, trust, security and the protection of personal data.
