Terms of use and sale

ROBY® Technologies Maroc, a limited liability company with a capital of 50,000.00 Dh, registered office at 474 bur 13, Q.I Sidi Ghanem, 40000 Marrakech (Marrakech trade register 89879, tax ID 26058229, business tax 64000465, email contact@roby-technologies.com), operates an application connecting customers with independent taxi drivers affiliated to the ROBY® application. Affiliated drivers carry out the requested transport services on their own behalf and under their own responsibility.

What the terms cover

The terms apply to taxi orders placed by the customer with the company, on www.roby.taxi and via the iPhone® and Android apps. They notably cover:

• the purpose of the contract: searching, on the customer's behalf, for an available taxi in the requested area;
• creating the ROBY® account and accepting the terms;
• orders: immediate requests and advance bookings (from 14 days to 1 hour before departure);
• pricing terms and invoicing (PDF invoice downloadable from the customer account);
• the respective responsibilities of the company, the driver and the customer.
